Do you have to be intelligent to play an RTS game?
Considering this is based around Halo, they're probably looking to scrape the bottom of the barrel when it comes to IQ. From what I understand the previous title was incredibly simplistic.
Looks amazing, The previous footage was so much better tho since it was actual gameplay.
I love the 40k universe, I'm currently playing eisenhorn xenos and while the gameplay is dog shit the story isn't bad and the environments are kinda cool so I'll stick it out. I'll prob just read the trilogy honestly.
Still clueless on the fact Nintendo HAD to send the C&D letter, still clueless on trademark laws.
You are?
No, you are.
That's incorrect, Nintendo wasn't forced to do anything and in the end they chose to act. I never said it wasn't within their rights sunshine.
Just look at how other companies handle fan projects, it's not a must to send a C&D.
And yet trademark laws make it almost necessary for a company as reliant on its IP as Nintendo to act any time it feels like a potential infringement is occurring.
Then why didn't Sega do it? What makes Nintendo so nervous?
If you ever cared about the 3d metroid games, personally I always liked the 2d style more so I'm going to be biased in the regard.
Nintendo is hella clueless, first we got that horrible team ninja game Other M and then they pulled federation force out of their collective asses. Yeah can't really argue that one.
If you know how torrents work it's easy enough to find on TPB.
I mean it's really a no shit moment that Nintendo was within their legal rights to do this, but there's also such a thing as being a dick, something Nintendo has proven they're pretty good at being to their fans.
I just wonder how this C&D will affect future updates, the dev even said he planned to do that.

It's the best thing metroid related since the GBA titles as well, lol.
Nintendo are so fucking clueless to what their fanbase wants, it's amazing.
That said it's still easy enough to find so if you haven't played a good metroid game in a while, just do it.
So it's better than Prime 2? Uh huh
Nintendo may or may not be clueless about what their fans want, but they sure as hell are not clueless about IP and trademark laws. Which it seems about half the posters in this thread are
If it's available to find that easily on the internet, why are people bitching about this at all? Just for the hell of it?
