''You are not allowed to create a review''

I've just created my account and decided I would go through and rate a bunch of games. After rating only five games, I was severely disappointed to get the message "You are not allowed to create a review" whenever I click to make a rating. I'm assuming this is some sort of anti-spam measure... Any mods out there willing to lift that for me? Thanks

Same happened to me. Yes, it seems it's website protection system. I've found one dscussion here:

It seems that after a month after registration everything should work fine.
