Question regarding providing a service here

Dear mods of GameSpot forums,

I've been freelancing graphics service for the past 7 years on multiple platforms & forums.

I came across this forum and was wondering if I would be able to post a Graphics Shop related thread here providing a "cheap" graphics service for Gaming teams, Small/big businesses, School projects, Business cards, email templates, website designs & much much more.

I would like to know if this would be allowed & where it should be posted.
