It's a good time to be a fan of fantasy games, and for anyone looking for a swords and sorcery experience that has an anime edge to it, Infinity Strash: Dragon Quest The Adventure of Dai should be on your radar ahead of its September 28 release. Preorders are now live, and you can save big on Steam keys at Green Man Gaming.

To take advantage of this deal, you need to be a GMG XP member (free rewards program). The standard edition is discounted to $48 (down from $60), while the Deluxe edition is $52 (down from $65).

Preordering either edition of the game gets you Dai's special Legendary Hero outfit and the Bond Memory dubbed the The Hero's Tutor. If you order the Digital Deluxe edition, you'll also receive Popp's special Legendary Mage outfit, Maam's Legendary Priest and Legendary Martial Artist costumes, and Hyunckel's Legendary Swordsman and Legendary Warrior outfits.

A video game adaptation of The Adventure of Dai anime and manga series, Infinity Strash is an action role-playing game that retells the story of its source material and keeps its distinctive anime art style intact.

Like classic fantasy games, Infinity Strash is all about taking on deadly monsters and claiming the loot that lurks within their habitats. Bond Memories are special accessories that can be augment skills and abilities, and each time a Bond Memory is unlocked, scenes from the original manga will be revealed. For players looking for the ultimate challenge, the Temple of Recollection has over 100 room combinations in an endless dungeon that you can explore, where monsters and traps change each time you enter it.

If you want to read the manga ahead of time, you can buy all five volumes at Amazon:
