Comments

Raven Software's Brian Raffel announced in a .plan file today that Raven Software is developing for Sony's PlayStation2 console. While no title names or other details were revealed, this is certainly good news for PlayStation2 owners, as Raven Software has a lot of quality games under its belt. Some worth mentioning are Heretic and its sequels, Hexen, and Star Trek: Elite Force, and the upcoming Soldier of Fortune.

"We are very excited about venturing into the console market, particularly on the PS2," said Raffel. "We finally got all of our development systems and they are awesome." We'll deliver more on Raven Software's PlayStation2 intentions as soon as we hear them.

Raven Software is a wholly owned developer of Activisions.
